To satisfy needs for the required stored volume and type composition of the aggregate, it is possible to assemble a device with up to 5 hoppers.From the hoppers, each sort of aggregate is conveyned to the twin shaft mixer, using of variable speed extractor belts. Dosing of aggregates and cement works by a negative weighting system, to keep high accuracy and reliability. Dosing of water, emulsion and additives is managed by electronically controlled flow meters.

A240 was designed to minimize environmental impact, not only thanks to minimum fuel consumption. Reduced noise levels prevent acoustic polution. Only small amount of water is used when cleaning the mixer.
