LEIMRO® Thermal Energy units ensure stable and high-quality production of concrete regardless of cold or frosty weather. The fully automated system, supplied by us, enables the production of large quantities of hot water while extremely efficient defrosting and heating of aggregates.

The units burn light fuel oil and/or gas to generate heat. The LEIMRO® Thermal Energy system uses all the produced energy in an innovative way. The combustion gases are lead through a heat exchanger inside a hot water tank to heat water, or directly to aggregate hopper to heat the aggregates, thus eliminating exhaust losses that traditional systems have. 1300 m3 of gases with a temperature of almost 300°C pass through each aggregate hopper per hour.

Thanks to the used solutions, units can not only produce concrete , but also heat halls, offices, molds for prefabricates and also provide hot water for washing or filling trucks.

The construction of LEIMRO® Thermal Energy units guarantees a long service life and low maintenance costs. These factors, together with the above-standard high efficiency with very low fuel consumption, make it possible to keep operating costs to a minimum.
